Shipping and returns
What happens after you order, and what to do if something is not right.
Production time
Prints are made to order. Allow 5 to 10 business days for your order to be printed, packed and handed to the carrier.
Shipping
Shipping is tracked and charged once per order. Laminated prints travel flat in a rigid box, so the rate depends on where the order goes and on the largest print in it, and an order with a framed print adds a surcharge for the heavier, better protected box. Where the table says “by quote”, the rate is confirmed by email before you pay. The tracking details are emailed to you when your order ships.

Customs, duties and import VAT
If you live outside the EU, customs duties and import VAT may be charged by your country when the parcel arrives. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in the price or the shipping rate.
Damaged in transit
If your print arrives damaged, send photos of the print and its packaging to developer@marcfors.com within 14 days of delivery. The print will be reprinted or refunded.
Changed your mind
You can return a print within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To do so:
- Write to developer@marcfors.com to say you are returning your order.
- Send the print back undamaged, in its original packaging.
- You pay the return postage.
Once the print arrives, the refund goes to the payment method you used, through Stripe, within 14 days of receipt.

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, and it is honoured. The process above is how you use it. See the terms of sale for the rest of the conditions.
