The conditions that apply when you buy a print from this site.

Who is selling

Prices and tax

Prices are in euros. No tax is added at checkout, so the price shown is the price charged. Customs duties and import VAT outside the EU are explained on the shipping and returns page. The total you see on the Stripe payment page is the total you are charged.

Your order

Your order is accepted when Stripe confirms your payment. Every print is made to order, so production starts after that point.

If you order through the order request form instead, sending it is not yet an order and nothing is charged. The seller replies by email to confirm the order, the shipping rate and how to pay, and your order is accepted once your payment is received.

Delivery

Delivery times, the shipping rate and customs are described on the shipping and returns page, which forms part of these terms. The same page explains how to return a print.

Copyright

All photographs are © Marc Fors. Buying a print gives you the print itself. It does not give you any right to reproduce, publish or sell the image.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the seller's liability for any claim about an order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
